Louis Rams, and Mike Nolan of the San Francisco 49ers. Don't get me wrong, if the man is not doing his job, a decision will have to be made whether or not he will stay. But, why fire a coach during the midseason especially when he bust his behind all through summer and training camp to get the roster right, and then he gets the hear those two words that no employees want to hear. It seems to me that a lot of these owners want to win so bad. If that is the fact, then get on the gridiron field yourself, put some pads on, and go head to head with those large athletes. That can be a pretty good solution to winning.
