I agree with Mr. Woodson's comments about the new 3-4 defense. We have a lot of talent that is not being utilized in the correct forms. I understand that Kampman was moved to LOLB and has cover schemes, but at some point he needs to put his hand down and GET AFTER THE QB. Thats one example of wasting talent. Woodson and Harris are considerably the best CB duo in the league, especially in bump and run. Again, I know 3-4 is a lot of zone but damn at some point maybe after 200 yards and 2 TDs you let Al get up in someone's FACE! Another waste of talent. At this point last year we had one of the best pass defenses in the league ( Top 5) now we are 18th? NOT GOOD. Why release Anthony Smith and Aaron Rouse? Why release Anthony Smith and Aaron Rouse? Why release Anthony Smith and Aaron Rouse? Oh, I guess it is because we are sooo deep at safety. I hope Mr. Capers gets his "blitzberg" style defense looking A LOT more blitbergish over the bye week.
